EY assumes front-of-shirt placement across Hockey Ireland senior teams

EY has announced a three-year agreement with Hockey Ireland providing financial and in-kind support for senior women's and men's teams in exchange for marketing visibility and brand association.

The Irish professional services firm will feature as primary front-of-shirt sponsor starting 1 March as both squads travel to Chile for Hockey World Cup qualifiers, where they aim to secure places at the 2026 FIH Hockey World Cup in Belgium and the Netherlands. The agreement deepens EY's partnership with Hockey Ireland, which began in 2023 with sponsorship of senior teams.

The initial agreement saw EY branding placed in secondary positions across high-performance international teams. The new partnership focuses investment on senior teams and complements EY's existing title sponsorship of the EY Hockey League Divisions 1 and 2, which dates back to 2017.

Frank O'Keeffe, managing partner at EY Ireland, said the firm has been proud of its long-standing support for hockey. "These teams continue to inspire people across the island with their talent, hard work and resilience, and it means a great deal to us to stand behind them as they push for World Cup qualification and future success on the international stage," he stated.

Richard Fahey, chief executive at Hockey Ireland, described the agreement as a landmark for the organisation and international senior teams. "EY have been a valued and long-standing supporter of our domestic national leagues and now we will work with them to build and grow the same reputation on the world's stage," he noted.

Park Developments remain a committed sponsor of the senior women's team, with enhanced visibility now including the back of the team's skorts, as well as collar and side-panel placement on the match kit.
